The Pick Six: Week 1 NFL Picks

In the gambling community, there’s no better time than when football season starts of the year. Week 1 of the NFL season got underway with the Packers vs Bears Thursday and today we put into the nitty gritty where I make a bunch of bets and don’t go in my sofa for seven minutes.
Each week during the NFL season, I give you my six performs around complete, spread or the moneyline. Here we go with Week 1!

Outside of the selections this week, I am producing, this really is the one. The Ravens have been consistently one of the best defenses in the NFL and they have to face a group that has almost no weapons.
The Dolphins traded away WR2 and their left tackle into the Texans and while Ryan Fitzpatrick can sling it, he does not have the staff to exploit Baltimore. ?? They both creamed them 45-3, when the Ravens faced a similarly inept squad in the Bills in Week 1. So I think that is great value, this spread should be closer to -10.

The Bills offense stinks, as I just said in my choice above. The oddsmakers are making this match a choice’em together with the Jets as the home team but New York’s defense is untrue!
They at each level of their defense and frankly, I do not understand the Bills are likely to score. Josh Allen had the completion portion for a quarterback last season and the J-E-T-S are not likely to be caught off guard when Allen takes off in the pocket. Look for the Jets to make a statement.

I am not confident in the Browns spread to shoot them although I adore these two teams to win . The Titans worry me and Cleveland remains unproven despite everyone pegging them to acquire the AFC North.
I’m not convinced he is totally healthy as I think that they’re the best team from the NFC and the Panthers can be a feisty opponent for anybody due to Cam Newton. I guess his foot issue can make it hard for us to score more than 20 points and will still offer him troubles in this game. I like this parlay!

Call the Eli Manning debacle or it the Dak Prescott result but when these two teams face each other, points are tough to find. Since when Ezekiel and Prescott Elliott arrived at the Cowboys, the start of this 2016 year, the Giants have been confronted six occasions by them.
The UNDER has hit for an average combined score of 37 points in five of those games but mark should be lower as it was pushed up with Week 17 game last season when they scored over 30 points along with key players were lost. If you remove that match and just use the preceding five, then the average combined score is 28.2. Stick together with the UNDER in this one.

Out of all the house underdogs for Week 1, then this is the 1 game where I feel the house team can win outright. Look, I really like the Chiefs and think they’re at least going into the AFC Championship match if they get quarterback play that is capable, however the Jaguars are a scary group.
They were joined by nick Foles and whatever is a step-up from Blake Bortles. The other angle which nobody seems to be speaking about is how awful the Chiefs’ defense is. They have been rated 27th in passing yards allowed per game in rushing yards and 31st. Give me the Jags to pay for the four things.

My only pick for Monday Night Football, I think this game goes way OVER. It’s almost always a trendy pick to presume I am delighted to ride this tendency if the total is at the 50s and a lot of points are coming when the Saints play in your home. The Saints’ offense is usually robust and they averaged 34.1 points each home game this past year when topping 40 four times against standard guards.
This bet feels as though it might come down to the Texans do offensively and I am encouraged with the additions of new tackle to safeguard DeShaun Watson’s blindside. Watson was one of the struck quarterbacks last year and he could be dangerous when given time in the pocket or find DeAndre Hopkins on routes. I believe we view 60 points in this matchup.
