Caretaker fee has been obtained by former England Women head coach leader Mark Sampson following the sacking of Dino Maamria, at Stevenage.
Sampson, who had been appointed as a coach in the Sky Bet League Two club at the beginning of the season, was sacked from the FA due to a relationship with a player in September 2017 during his time in Bristol Academy.
He had also been the focus of racism and bullying claims, initially made by Eni Aluko and Drew Spence.
The FA said that the allegations were researched and Sampson was cleared of any wrongdoing.
Maamria was repainted after missing out on the play-offs by one stage and failing to win a match yet this effort, despite guiding Stevenage to place.
Sampson will take temporary charge of the club, aided by U18 manager Alex Revell.
